1 – 1 I registered, I paid, unfortunately I can’t come. What should I do?

In accordance with Article L 121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, purchased tickets are not subject to a right of withdrawal. All orders are firm and final.

NO refund will be made. However, by mutual agreement with the organization, you can be replaced by someone else.

1 – 2 In the event of postponement of the event, the tickets purchased will remain valid for the postponement date without the possibility of reimbursement.

1 – 3 In the event of cancellation of the event by the organizer, the customer may request a refund of the tickets purchased.

1 – 4 Tolerance:

If you are injured, you can contact the organization at the latest 1 month before the date of the event. In the presence of a medical certificate, a tolerance will be granted for a refund.
