1 – 1 I registered and paid, but unfortunately I can’t attend. What should I do?
In accordance with Article L 121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, purchased tickets are not subject to a withdrawal right. All orders are firm and final.
NO refunds will be issued. By mutual agreement with the organization, you may, however, transfer your ticket to someone else.
1 – 2 In the event of a postponement of the event, purchased tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date, with no possibility of a refund.
1 – 3 In the event that the event is canceled by the organizer, the customer may request a refund for the purchased tickets.
1 – 4 Exception:
If you are injured, you may contact the organization no later than 1 month before the event date. Upon presentation of a medical certificate, an exception may be granted for a refund.
