PARADES

Among the highlights of the Sunday Ride Classic, the parades are an unmissable experience for all motorcycle enthusiasts.

They offer the unique opportunity to ride on the legendary Paul Ricard circuit, on your own motorcycle, alongside exceptional riders and machines.

Every year, the AXA Passion Parade brings together hundreds of motorcyclists.
All AXA Passion members who own a two-wheeler can register directly on the AXA website, and thus experience the thrill of a lap on this legendary circuit.

The SRC also celebrates motorcycle history with anniversary parades dedicated to cult machines, paying tribute to iconic models and brands that have marked several generations of enthusiasts.

Whether you are riding a vintage motorcycle, a legendary model, your favorite machine or even a scooter, the parades are open to all.

A special moment to share your passion and experience the unique spirit of the Sunday Ride Classic!

HONDA RCB PARADE: 50 YEARS OF LEGEND

1976 – 2026: 50 Years of the Honda RCB

Fifty years ago, Honda launched one of the boldest racing programs in the history of motorcycle endurance racing. On March 16, 1976, Mr. Kawashima, then head of Honda, officially entrusted Grand Prix veteran Mishihiko Aïka with the mission of boosting sales in Europe through endurance competition.

Seventeen young engineers were brought together to create everything from scratch: the mechanics, technical partners, and rider lineup. In just a few weeks, Aïka-san traveled across Europe—Paris and England—to assemble all the pieces of the puzzle: SMAC rims, Cibié headlights, Lockheed brake calipers, and Dunlop tires designed for machines producing over 100 horsepower.

The first test runs took place as early as March 29, with the first race following in April at Zandvoort. The rest is history.

On May 16 and 17, 2026, the Sunday Ride Classic will celebrate this anniversary.

In partnership with Team RCB (Racing Caillou Bédier), Circuit Paul Ricard in Le Castellet will host an exceptional event dedicated to the RCB: an exclusive exhibition, a track parade, and the presence of legendary figures from the program, including riders Jean-Claude Chemarin, Roger Ruiz, Jacques Luc, and Daniel Rouge, as well as former Honda France members Jean-Jacques Catillon, Pierre Loth, and Gil Michel.

More personalities may join the lineup, stay tuned!
